1. Booking Modifications and Cancellations

• Changes to bookings are only permitted if requested in writing at least 72 hours in advance via in**@***********rs.com.
• Cancellations made at least 3 days before departure will incur no fee.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of departure will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

2. Meeting Point Details

• Hotel Pick-up: Our guide will meet you at the main entrance of your hotel.
• Cruise Guest Pick-up: Meet the guide at the cable car exit in Fira town, holding a sign with your name.
• Airport/Port Pick-up: The driver will meet you at the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name.
