Santorini Airport ↔ Fira: approximately 20–25 minutes. Private sedan from €35 total for up to 3 passengers. The price is for one direct journey, not per person. Pickups from 00:00 to 07:00 add €10; larger vehicles are priced separately. Allow longer with heavy traffic and extra time for airport check-in.
Start with your flight details, party size and luggage. Essence Tours uses your arrival information to coordinate the airport pickup and confirms the meeting arrangement directly. Share the exact accommodation, including any entrance instructions from your host.
For a ferry arrival, provide the vessel name, date and arrival time. We agree the pickup at Athinios and the destination details before the journey. If you are travelling on a cruise ship, tell us where you disembark; the ferry port and Fira Old Port are not interchangeable.

Yes. The journey is for your own party. Tell us the full group size and luggage requirements so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle or coordinated transport for a larger group.
Tell us the total number of suitcases for your whole party so we can arrange a suitable vehicle. Mention pushchairs and bulky equipment as well. Include children in the passenger count and request child seats in advance with their ages; the team confirms suitable arrangements.
Describe any walking or access difficulty before booking. We discuss the vehicle stop and accommodation approach. Wheelchair-compatible transport is available upon request and must be specifically confirmed.
We monitor the arrival details supplied. If a flight or sailing is cancelled, replaced or changed, contact our team so the pickup can be coordinated using the new details. Keep the confirmation and contact number with you.
Yes. Send the return date, your Fira accommodation and the departing flight or ferry details. Request both legs explicitly; an arrival booking does not automatically include the return. If the form does not offer that direction, contact us directly.
Tell us your proposed stops before confirming. Multiple visits need an agreed itinerary and price. Compare our private tours or ask about an hourly chauffeur instead of assuming sightseeing is included in a direct transfer.
Payment is normally cash to the driver; ask us if you prefer a card deposit. You can reach Essence Tours by WhatsApp, telephone or email before the journey and for pickup coordination. Keep the agreed booking confirmation available.
Choose the vehicle by both passenger count and luggage: Sedan — up to 3 passengers, 2 large suitcases and 2 small cabin bags; Mini Van — up to 8 passengers, 6 large suitcases and 4 small cabin bags; Mini Bus — up to 11 passengers, 8 large suitcases and 8 small cabin bags. Exceeding a vehicle’s luggage allowance requires the next suitable category, even with fewer passengers.
Enter large suitcases and small cabin bags separately in the booking form. A large suitcase is checked-size luggage; a small bag is cabin-size hand luggage. Tell us about pushchairs, wheelchairs or oversized items so we can confirm fit. More than 11 passengers, or luggage exceeding the Mini Bus allowance, requires two vehicles. Online quotes cover up to 18 passengers and up to 14 large plus 12 small bags across two vehicles; larger requirements need a custom quote. Two-vehicle pricing includes an additional vehicle charge, not simply another passenger supplement. The form calculates the suitable arrangement; our team confirms availability and luggage fit.
